I had some initial challenges with the appointment booking process. I really like using apps, email and online booking but found the need to reach out for more direct confirmation of booking and appointment. Wanda did my cleaning and it was everything you want a cleaning to be - the house is clean and with my mother's visit this weekend I feel really good about having had a cleaning. She started with the bathroom than kitchen to make sure those two areas got the most attention. I have had two other services in Providence and this was the best cleaning thus far.
